EDSTOCK festival is back for its seventh year
Yorkshire’s finest bands will once again provide a day of music and entertainment to suit every age and taste. A musical journey that captures the history of the famous Cavern Club. From Jazz, Mersey Beat, Rock ‘n’ Roll, Soul, Rock, Ska, New Wave and more!
1:30pm – 2:30pm: TELSTARS
These lads pay homage to the sounds of the sixties with The Animals, Billy Fury, The Searchers , Small Faces and of course The Beatles. Perfect.
2:45pm – 3:45pm: THE MIX
One of the UK’s finest party bands. Perfect Cavern sing-along anthems, from Queen, The Kinks, Blondie and more. The Mix have performed at every Edstock so far and always bring the house down.
4:00pm – 5:00pm: GROOVETONE
Funky/Jazzy/soul/Latin and blues. Eclectic Cavern regulars playing everything from Stray Cats/Specials/Tom Waits/Dr Feelgood/Stevie Wonder and more. Fancy a Dance folks?
5:15pm – 6:15pm: SUPERCELL
Fourth time around at The Cavern Club, fans of Hendrix, Rory Gallagher and Stevie Ray Vaughan will love this band. Also performing original material, these lads can seriously play!
6:30pm – 7:30pm: RUN
First time here for these boys from East Yorkshire. Fantastic no-nonsense rock ‘n’ roll with everything from Abba, Stone Roses, Killers, ZZ Top to the Stones. They are delighted to play a set at the most famous club in the world!
7:45pm – 8:45pm: RELOADED
High energy versions of classics from Artic Monkeys/Killers/Pulp/Blur and REM from this Yorkshire 5 piece with 20 years experience
